Redefining Slalom: The Innovation of OffCourse™

By the tranquil shores of a lake, Erik Berghiller, an engineer with a passion for waterskiing, faced a challenge: the inflexibility of traditional slalom courses. This led to an ingenious solution: OffCourse™, a device deploying biodegradable projectiles to create dynamic slalom paths.

Introduced in 2018, the initial version of OffCourse™ was just the beginning of its evolution. The development process greatly benefited from the insights of experienced waterskiers. Among them was Eric Lithner, a respected figure in the waterskiing circuit, and Sandra Gustafsson, a distinguished Swedish champion. Their expertise significantly contributed to refining OffCourse™, tuning it to the high demands of the sport.
